With magnificent French architecture one can get easily confused that are they really in India or abroad. The city is the perfect blend of French architecture and Indian sensibilities. With breakfast done in hotel we will be starting our day by walk through Tamil and French quarters. After the city walk we will be having lunch and rest. In evening we are going to visit Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, is an oriental specimen of marvelous neo- Gothic style of architecture. Inside the church complex, there is a holy glass picture of 28 saints who were linked to fidelity to the sacred heart of Jesus. With this we end our day by experiencing night life of Pondicherry by strolling in clubs and bars.
Today we are going to start our day a bit early as we are going to Hyderabad.The capital and the largest city of Telangana state and was the center of a former Mughal kingdom. By the lunch time we will be in the city and will check-in in Taj Falaknuma Palace, a luxury hotel palace in Hyderabad. This palace was once owned by the ruler of Hyderabad Nizam. After India was declared republic in 1947, Nizam was forced to accept accession to the new Republic of India. Now we will leave our guest to feel and experience true royalty with Palace tour to the palace and spa which will make you feel relaxed. In evening we are going to take historic city and food tour. We will be going to get an authentic Indian food experience by tasting delicious local food walking through old city especially visiting Charminar which was constructed in 1591, is a monument and mosque. Not only in Hyderabad but Charminar has become an iconic monument for entire India. Charminar is an Urdu work which means four turrets. Giving an unforgettable experience to our guest we will end our day.
Eat Breakfast like a King by having breakfast in Palace like a King. Finishing morning meal, we will check out to continue our tour. But we can’t leave this beautiful city without visiting Golconda Fort and Chowmallaha Palace. Golconda Fort built in 16th century and was the symbol of power for four dynasties. Next,visit we will be Chowmallaha Palace, which was again the palace of Nizam’s. Built in 18th century almost 200 years ago. This palace was restored by government of India and was opened to public in 2005. It is said that this palace has around 7000 attendants on any given day. For its grandeur and charm it is often compared to the Enchanted Gardens of the Arabian Nights for its grandeur. With this breathtaking palace visits we will be ending our tour of Hyderabad city and will be transferring to Varkala From Hyderabad to Trivandrum is a 1 hr 40 min flight and from Trivandrum to Varkala is 1 hr 20 min by road. Varkala is a coastal town in South India state of Kerala. It is famous for its beaches and is on Arabian Sea. We will be staying in Gateway Hotel is a luxury resort in Varkala. And the best thing about this luxury stay is that this hotel is on beach. With check in and beautiful dinner in beach side hotel we will end our day.
We will be starting our day with little adventure with some water sports activities like jet skiing, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling and many more at Varkala beach. With thrilling adventurous experience we will be having breakfast at hotel. It's now time to sit back and relax at beach with Auyurvedic massage. Our team always keeps in mind that our guests are always fresh and relaxed so that they can enjoy more than usual. After relaxing massage we will have lunch in city. Varkala market is a one stop destination for everything one can think off. From hippie clothing, Indian wear, bamboo products, perfumes and many more. And if you want to take breathe while shopping one can have steaming momos and tingmos in the market. Shopping will also include exploring culture of the city, roaming around streets of Varkala and clicking fabulous picture for your social media and with this we will end our day with dinner in hotel.
As Varkala is famous for its beaches so today we will be strolling at various beaches and completing city tour and move forward to next city Trivandrum after lunch which is one hour twelve minutes by road. Trivandrum is also known as Thiruvananthapuram. You will see this city as a perfect blend of British colonies and legacies of India. Meaning of Thiruvananthapuram is "the town of Lord Anantha". This beautiful seaside city is built on seven hills. Once reaching Trivandrum we will be staying in Hotel Hilton Garden Inn. A beautiful luxury hotel located in heart of city is very popular among tourist. Once checked in and having some rest we will be taking a night tour of this beautiful city. It's said this city is beautiful during the day but at night it even more beautiful. We will be exploring the oldest churches of the city, strolling beaches and market and seeing the lighthouse. Vizhinjam Lighthouse is the biggest lighthouse in Kerala and offers a spellbinding view of the sea.This city is also entitled with "Evergreen City of India" by the Father of The Nation- Mahatma Gandhi. With the night tour we will end our day by dinner at the hotel.
Starting our day with delicious breakfast we will go to the Shree Padmanabhaswamy Temple which is known as the wealthiest temple of worship in world. This temple will make you awestruck at its decadence and gold plated glory. Five hidden vault was opened in 2011 and with approx $22billion worth of gold, jewels and statues were found. It is said that temple was built nearly 5000 years ago but researchers and archeologist have failed to tell exact age of this temple. As it's our second last day of our tour we will be transferring to Bangalore after lunch which is one hour fifteen minutes by flight from Trivandrum. In Bangalore our last luxury stay will be the "The Leela Palace". This palace is an inspiration from the Mysore Palace and the architecture of the 13th century Vijayanagara Empire. Once we checked in the Palace we will enjoy world class spa and massage facilities accompanying with dinner and end our day.
Today is the last day of our tour we will explore last city of South India destination Bangalore after beautiful morning breakfast in the palace. We will begin with "The Bangalore Palace", a landmark destination of the town. It's a classic royal charm built in 1887 by King Chamaraja Wadiyar. The architecture style is a mixture of Tudor and Scottish Gothicwith many physical elements inside imported from Britain. After the palace tour we will have lunch in the city and end our tour here by giving some time to our guest so that they can enjoy the city and can do shopping.
