    Hill Station

    Our second day in this hill station will begin early with a morning must do activity of watching the sunrise on Tiger hill. Guests will leave the comforts of their hotel around 4:00 AM and reach Tiger hill in an hour to be awestruck watching the sunrise on these hills. After the experience guests will return to the hotel for lavish breakfast overlooking the hills and some rest. Once refreshed our revered guests will begin the Tea Experience at the tea estate. The factory tour ends with a tea tasting session with range of black, green, oolong and white teas. Interact with local tea picker ladies and estate workers gathering firsthand information about the process of picking leaves. Refreshments will be provided at a suitable mid-way point. Relax on the riverfront and paddle in the rock pools, while you enjoy your meal. A picnic venue half way down the hillside, which has great views of the two valleys on all sides will serve lunch here. Enjoy some special massage and beauty treatments to unwind the day’s tiredness and rest in the property enjoying the views. Dinner will be served following cooking class at the hotel. Completing dinner our guests will rest for the night.

  • Day 09

    Lofty Hill

    Early risers start the morning with some optional activities or else move for breakfast. Completing breakfast guests will transfer to the next destination of “Gangtok”, this transfer will be on helicopter from Bagdogra Airport. State of Sikkim with its capital Gangtok has international borders on three sides, its north border is with Tibet (which is now part of China), west with Nepal and east with Bhutan. Only the southern border is with India and that is with the state of West Bengal. Once at Gangtok guests will check in the hotel property and rest a while before moving for lunch in the city. Begin the tour of two best monasteries in Gangtok with ‘The Rumtek monastery’ is one of the largest in Sikkim and is dedicated to the Kargyu sect of Buddhism. The original monastery was built in 1700 but had fallen to ruin. The Namgyal Institute of Tibetology is renowned throughout the world as an important centre of research for the Tibetan language and culture. Now we will take our guests to Lal Bazaar for some retail therapy and then move to the comforts of the hotel for dinner and end of day.

    Lofty Hill

    For adventure lovers we have handpicked few of the best early morning activities here to enjoy or else guests will move for breakfast to begin the day. First adventure today will be Yak Safari. On the safari you will be spell-bound at the untouched and bewitchingly stunning landscapes covered during the trip. Heading for Kemthang, where you’ll feel like a royal riding atop the Yak along the snow-covered trails. Completing this unique experience our guests will move to the city for some local delicacies. After lunch its rest time at the hotel and then we will move our guests to the Hanuman Tok, It's located at an altitude of 7,200 ft and on a road that branches off from the Gantok - Nathula Highway. It is believed by the locals that Lord Hanuman took rest for a moment at this place when he was on his way to Lanka from the Himalayas. Tashi view point It offers a sweeping view of Kanchenjunga snow peaks on a clear day. In fact the view of sunrise and sunset from here is unforgettable; guests will enjoy breathtaking view of the sunset here. Returning to the hotel after a mesmerizing trip to the mountains our guests will have dinner at the hotel and proceed to their rooms for nightly rest.

  • Day 11

    Paro, Bhutan

    Early risers can enjoy some optional activities here and they move to their next transfer to “Paro”, Bhutan. First our guests will move to Bagdogra in helicopter and then take their private charter to Paro. Short ride from the airport in luxury vehicles will take our guests to the hotel where they will check in and have lunch here after a session of archery and outdoor dart games. Finishing lunch guests will move to the Rinpung Dzong, built in 1646 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, the first spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan, the Dzong houses the monastic body of Paro. Next guests will move to Ta Dzong One time watch tower built to defend Rinpung Dozng during inter-valley wars of the 17th century, since 1967 Ta Dzong is serving as the National Museum of the country. The beauty of Paro valley is embellished by cluster of quaint farm houses. Bhutanese farm houses are very colourful, decorative and traditionally built without the use of single nail. All houses follow the same architectural pattern. A visit to Farm House is very interesting and offers a good glimpse into the lifestyle of a farmer. Guest visit these village houses and Barbecue dinner will be arranged at an elegant outdoor space surrounded by pine trees and colourful prayer flags. During this authentically Bhutanese experience, chefs will grill local delicacies for our guests to relish and taste.

  • Day 12

    Paro, Bhutan

    Morning starts with breakfast and today our beloved guests will visit the Paro Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest). The hike begins near a small temple complex after a 45-minute transfer from the hotel through the bustling Paro Valley. The first 15 minutes are gentle a slight incline through a pine forest. Soon you reach a collection of colourful prayer wheels, the tougher part of the climb begins. Though steep at times, the path is well-trodden and you’ll find the Taktsang Cafeteria marking the halfway point, where you can relax and refresh. The destination is worth the hike, Tiger’s Nest is a marvel of architecture, perched on a sheer rock face 3,000 metres above the valley. You can also do this route on horseback. Next we would take our luxurious guests for a traditional Bhutanese hot stone bath in a farmhouse in Paro. This special Bhutanese hot stone bath uses river rocks that therapist place in water where they crack and steam, releasing key minerals and relieving deep set aches. Our loving guests will also see around and experience the traditional Bhutanese house. Dinner will be served here with some local delicacies to sample. Guests will return in the night to the comforts of their hotel, completing this spell bounding experience and rest for the night.

  • Day 13

    Punakha, Bhutan

    Completing morning breakfast our guests will move little early to Punakha by Helicopter charter, this 50 min journey will take our guests to a town in the Himalayas of Bhutan. Start your journey in this town with a visit to The Khamsam Yulley Namgyal Chorten, it is a beautiful monastery which is situated at a ridge above the Punakha Valley. Our beloved guests will do a short 1 hour trek to this Monastery, The hike starts after crossing a suspension bridge over Mo Chhu river, trailing through paddy fields and then on a hill surrounded by pine trees. At the top, there is a big Bodhi tree, huge prayer wheels and the chorten. After this 3 hour journey guests will move to a local café for Lunch in Punakha. Following lunch guests will go on a photography visit to The Punakha Dzong was built in the 1637. There is no record for how old the Punakha suspension bridge is, but it certainly is high. It is one of the longest suspension bridges in all of Bhutan, about 160-180 metres long. Guest move to the hotel next and check in and unwind the day here.

  • Day 14

    Thimphu , Bhutan

    Begin this day with some optional activities to choose from and breakfast for our guests. Following morning meal our guests will transfer in helicopter to the Capital city of Bhutan, “Thimphu”. Lunch will be served in one of the restaurants in the hotel. After lunch guests will take a short rest and proceed to their next location of visit. Dechen Phodrang Monastery, Literally meaning ‘Palace of the Bliss’, this 12th-century monastery transports you into realms of serenity and calmness that is characteristic of the Buddhist culture. A site protected by UNESCO, the upper floors hold statue of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal and other protective deities. Finishing the monastery tour the guests will move to Memorial Chorten, it is one of the most iconic landmarks of Bhutan and is a magnificent sight. After these iconic places our guests will move to their hotel and enjoy some rest. In the evening we will transport our guests to Buddha Dordenma. It is not only the tallest sitting statues of Buddha in the world at 5.15 metres in height, but is a collection of 125,000 images of Buddha on the statue. After this visit guests will return to their hotel for dinner and retire for the night.
