  • Day 01

    City of Palaces (Bangalore – Mysore)

    To start the beautiful journey, all will be gathering up in Bangalore and will be staying in a luxury 5 star hotel Taj Bangalore.

    After rest and breakfast we will be starting our journey of South India with our first destination to Mysore which is three hour fifteen minutes from Bangalore by road and will be reached by afternoon. Mysore is officially also known as Mysuruand is famously known as City of Palaces. In Mysore we are going to stay in Lalitha Mahal and Palace, it is a real Maharaja Palace and is the second largest palace in Mysore which is converted into a hotel. After some rest there will be an evening heritage walk of the beautiful heritage city.

    City of Palaces (Mysore)

    Starting your day by beautiful breakfast we are going to take you to priceless national treasure Mysore Palace. Mysore Palace is a treasure house of exquisite carvings and work of art from all over the world. It is one of the biggest palaces in the country made for the ruler of Wadiyar Dynasty and is the most visited monument in India, even more visitors than "Taj Mahal". After Mysore Palace mesmerizing beauty we will be going to Chamundi Temple, which is on the top of the chamundi hills and is the most famous temple. In ancient times, human or animal sacrifices were often made at this temple, but were stopped in 18th century. The temple of goddess Chamundeshwari is a Shakti Peetha or powerful energy centers, and one of the eighteenth Maha Shakti Peethas in the world. In evening we are going to end our day by visiting Devraja market which is one of the finest markets situated in the central and old part of Mysore. From time of Tipu Sultan this market is believed to be existed here. And with the dinner in hotel we will end our day.

  • Day 03

    Queen of Hill Stations (Mysore – Ooty)

    Today we will start a little early that is by 7 am. After breakfast by 9 am we will be visiting Somnathpur Temple. The temple was constructed in 1268 and was not only created to seek blessings of the lord but also to showcase the enviable brilliance of Hoysala architecture and to represent its grandeur and intricate craftsmanship. With the visit in the temple we will end our tour of Mysore and will proceed forward. We will be transferring to Ooty which is three hour five minutes by road from Mysore. Lunch will be en-route to Ooty. We will reach Ooty by 3 pm and will stay at the luxury hotel Welcomheritage Ferns Hills Royal Palace. The Fern Hill Palace was the erstwhile summer residence of Maharaja of Mysore. Ooty is officially known as Udagamandalamis, a town in the Nilgiri district of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Once regarded as the summer headquarters of East India Company. Finishing with check-in we are going take the city tour and after that we will enjoy the bar at Taj Savoy Hotel which is a colonial bar. Its decor is rustic and the ambiance offers an old world charm.

  • Day 04

    Queen of Hill Stations (Ooty)

    After starting our day with filled stomach, we will move forward for a Toy Train journey from Ooty to Coonoor. The unique experience you won't receive on a normal train. The hill railway is one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites of India, mountain rail will give you an astonishing twin heritage track that steadies on the hill side as the train chugs to get you back to an era gone by. Coonoor city was discovered by Britisher's in 19th century. Coonoor is one of the most beautiful and hillstations and is the second largest hill station in the wonderful Nilgiri hills of the Western Ghats. After reaching Coonoor we will visit Dolphin nose. Dolphin nose is a small hill and is named so because of its natural formation that resembles the shape of a dolphinand, beautiful Catherine falls can also be viewed from here. Completing the breath-taking nature views, we will move forward for lunch. Now it's time to visit Tea estate and factory. Here you will be experiencing the entire process of tea making along with witnessing how the spices for masala tea are mixed. Also, if you are a chocoholic, this place is a heaven for you as it upsurges your devotion from the authentic chocolates, which are prepared here. Now it is time for some cheese. Gourmet cheese has become a part of Coonoor history, there is a family which runs organic cheese making farm where guests will get complete information and tasting of cheese manufactured here. With the authentic Coonoor experience we will go back to Ooty by road which is forty five minutes by road and end our day with dinner in hotel.

  • Day 05

    Manchester of South India (Ooty – Coimbatore)

    The Ooty lake is the pride of blue hills. It is a central and strategic attraction. Mr. John Sullivan formed this artificial lake in the year 1824. Earlier the entire lake was used for fishing. We will take a boat ride and will enjoy the leisure time there for 2-3 hour and then we are going to have lunch in the city. After lunch and leisure time we will be visiting Toda hills and Ooty Botanical Garden. The Nilgiri hills of Tamil Nadu are the home to the ancient tribes known as Toda, who are found exclusively on these hills above the botanical Gardens at Ooty. There are total 18 tribes present in Ooty, the Toda's are one of them. Toda people have built a 'Unique Hut Temple' which one should not miss when on trip to Ooty. After fully exploring Ooty we will move forward to Coimbatore which is two hour forty three minutes by road from Ooty. Coimbatore is also known as Manchester of South India. From ancient temples to classy new buildings, from breathtaking mountains to jaw-dropping waterfalls, Coimbatore has everything one could possibly need for perfect vacation. In Coimbatore we will be staying in a 5 star luxury hotel Vivanta Coimbatore. Once done with check-in we will have dinner and you can enjoy with the world class spa facilities and have rest.

  • Day 06

    Seven Pagodas & French Rivera of East (Coimbatore – Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry)

    Today we will start our day early as we have to move to Mahabalipuram and then ending our day in Pondicherry. After breakfast and checkout we will board plane to Chennai and by road we will move to Mahabalipuram which is one hour forty five minutes by road. Once reaching in Mahabalipuram we will have lunch and explore city. Mahabalipuram is also known as Mamallapuram, is a town on a strip of land between Bay of Bengal and the Great Salt Lake in the state of Tamil Nadu.The city is famous for its carved temples and rock cut caves and UNESCO World Heritage sites. Filling our bellies with delicious food we will move forward to explore the city by visiting Shore temple, located on the shore of Bay of Bengal, built in 8th century AD with blocks of granite. Next we will be visiting Pancha Rathas, an example of monolithic rock- cut architecture and move to Arjuna Penance, carved in mid seventh century, believed to be the depiction of Arjuna, performing the penance to receive the Pasupatha Astra (the god-slayer) to defeat the kauravas. Lastly at Mahabalipuram we will visit Tiger Caves, a rock-cut Hindu temple complex. It get its name from the carving of tiger heads on the mouth of the cave which form the part of the complex. Ending our city tour of Mahabalipuram we will be transferring to Pondicherry which is one hour forty three minutes from Mahabalipuram by road. Pondicherry is officially known as Puducherry and was a French colonial settlement in India until 1954 and is now a Union Territory town. This destination will feel like a beautiful dream. A beautiful dream full of clean sandy beaches, laid back colorful streets and European culture. In Pondicherry we will be staying in luxury hotel Villa Shanti, located in old French town. With check in and dinner we will end our day.

  • Day 07

    French Rivera of East (Pondicherry)

    It is said that yoga adds years to your life, and life to your years. Starting your day with positivity we will have optional yoga and meditation or scuba diving. Breakfast will be served in hotel after refreshing session of yoga and meditation or scuba diving. Serenity beach bazaar is one of the busiest marketplaces, it is walking distance from the sea. In this market you will find wide range of products of traditional handicrafts. Beside shops, there are several eating outlets where you can relish delicious snacks and refreshing beverages. After strolling beaches and market we will have lunch in cafe. Now it's time to visit universal city Auroville. It is an experimental township where people from across the world of all cultures and traditions come and live together in peace. Founded in 1968 by Mirra Alfassa. The entire area was created out of wasteland, demonstrating the ability to conserve nature while developing a town. The main attraction here is "Matrimandir"- where you can watch an introductory video about the concept of city, and sit here in silence to concentrate. After attaining some peace we will move forward to end our day by special sunset boat dinner, making your evening the most memorable ever.
